2. Always insist on a written & preferably registered legal document setting out the transaction entirely, whether loan or credit
3. Decide a convenient payment plan, with instalment amount, period, suiting the customer/ client/ debtor as we as yourself with grace period for repayment and determine the penalty or interest to be imposed for non-payment within stipulated time.
4. If debt remains unpaid intimate & warm the debtor/customer/client through written correspondence of any form, also offering amicable settlement
5. If debt still remains unpaid, & neglected, do not procrastinate or hesitate to initiate appropriate legal action.
